Shipping within Canada

We currently ship to all provinces and territories within Canada. Every order is carefully processed and prepared to arrive safely at your location.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after placing your order (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is 7–12 business days, depending on your location and the performance of the local carrier.

Please note: delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. During busy periods or due to external factors such as weather conditions, customs processing, or carrier delays, delivery may take longer.

Fulfillment & Logistics Partners

We work with external fulfillment and shipping partners to process and deliver orders. As a result, your order may be shipped from different fulfillment locations depending on availability and logistical routing.

While we remain responsible for customer service and order support, we cannot exercise full control over carrier performance.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can track your package.

It may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system.

Delivery Issues

If your order is significantly delayed or if the tracking indicates that the package has been lost, please contact our support team. We will assist you in investigating the shipment and finding an appropriate solution.
