14-day return policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days after delivery.

Conditions for returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed
  • Items must be in original condition
  • Original packaging must be included
  • No visible signs of use, damage, or odors

For hygienic reasons, certain items (such as underwear or intimate items) cannot be returned.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to start a return?

To start a return:

  • Contact our support team via support@malinne.com
  • State your order number and reason for return
  • You will receive return instructions by email

Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or delivered incorrectly

We are not responsible for lost return shipments

We recommend using a shipping method with tracking

Exchanges

Would you like a different size or color?
Contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability and are treated as a new shipment after the return is approved.
