Refunds
Processing of refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive a confirmation by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within a few business days.
Please note: processing times may vary by bank or payment provider and it may take 5–10 business days before the amount is visible in your account.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are not refunded unless the product is defective or delivered incorrectly.
Late or missing refund
If you have not yet received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company or payment provider
- Then contact us at support@malinne.com

Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled as long as they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
